For three (3) consecutive days, document everything that you eat and drink, including the calories, total fat (in grams), sugar (in grams), and servings. For unpackaged items, such as sandwiches and meals prepared at home or cafeteria, you must account for all the primary ingredients, and the approximate calorie, fat, and sugar content of each ingredient (e.g., 2 slices of whole- wheat bread, I slice of Swiss cheese, white-meet turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, etc.). To do this, search one of many websites that are available. I have provided a list in the appendix to assist you. Be sure to cite and identify the website(s) and resource(s) used. For all items, record the total calories, total fat (in grams), total sugar (in grams) and estimate the number of servings consumed. Keep in mind what a true serving is considered to be. Record all beverages and amounts consumed, including water. Maintain this information in a log or journal, as it must be well organized and included in your final lab reflection.
